Yes, I can show people beauty exists even with the headscarf on, that I am not oppressed & it is my choice. But my greater responsibility is to keep my Haya (shyness or modesty) intact, that if someone sees me they could identify me as a believer, that if someone looks at me I won’t be the cause of their desire or enticement, and that I don’t need to wear fancy figure-hugging clothes to prove to anyone that I am beautiful.

I somehow teringat Chorn. She once asked me about me using hijab and about polygamy (which polygamy's issue ends up being answered by Auntie Rani. hehe).
